Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK.

Shipping options available are:

Standard (2-3 days) : £3.99 

Customs Fees, Duties & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be applied by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring they comply with their local customs regulations and for paying any applicable customs fees or taxes required to release their order. We are not liable for any customs charges incurred, nor for any delays or holds caused by customs processing.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to pay customs charges, any refund issued will be minus the original shipping costs and any additional return or handling fees incurred.

If a replacement item is shipped for a damaged or defective product, we may, at our discretion, cover the customs fees for the replacement shipment. Any such exceptions will be confirmed in writing on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges

All discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items.

Items must be unused, and in all original packaging.

Once received, returns can take up to 10-14 working days to go through the process, once your return is complete you will be notified via email.

If Item has been damaged in transit please send us evidence of the damages within 3 days of delivery.

Please note we require photo/video evidence of all damaged glasses in order to replace all.
